Second base begins the part of the positional rankings
were players could arguably end-up at multiple positions. We've done our best to focus on players we feel have a decent
chance to wind-up at second as a pro, for one reason or another (range, arm strength, etc.). As a note, most of the high schoolers
on the list profile as good to very collegiate shortstops if they put off their pro careers. Their placement here is no condemnation
of their abilities at the six-spot, but rather an acknowledgment that the total skill set may play-up more at second at the
pro ranks. Additionally, some players on this list (including LeVon Washington) may fit equally well at an outfield spot or
at third base to utilize a particular strength (e.g. speed, arm strength). All that said, here's the pre-season Top 15
